Evaluation of the project

From the beginning of the project (October 2012) until its end (January 2015), the evaluation strategy has been covering the following items

• design and draft of the evaluation plan;
• first management evaluation;
• evaluation of the effectiveness of some Work Packages
• one evaluation paper for each coordination meeting (at the end of each one = five evaluations)
• evaluation of the Model and the tools
• impact evaluation. “Has the relationship between the professional using the protocol and the person with disabilities changed in any way?”
