The training applies to several new and adapted tools:
- Introduction to the Pedagogical Model as a power-point presentation;
- Training itinerary for staff training, aiming to get familiar with the new pedagogical model as well as to communicate and cooperate with colleagues and leading professionals/supervisors;
- An evaluation protocol and format for the professionals self-observation registration: to follow the development of the professional;
- Record protocol for regular staff meetings, team meetings, case discussions and/or team-supervision for professional applying the new model/keeping self-observation records.
The training tools and their application are summarized in the handbook, which is use by the trainers.
