Respite care home, Szalóki, Budapest
We introduced the INV model in our temporary home in 2014. The application of the model changed the attitude of our professionals and now, they are really successful in their main task: preparing clients for supported living and an as much as possible autonomous life. So the clients have much more chance to fit into the life-style of a supported living facility or group-home.
We think, that the successful application of the INV model in a relatively large (30 person capacity) facility proved that the attitude may have dominance in contrary to the numbers of clients in a social service.
